[UI] Padding is too low

Padding of the UI is too small for fingers, especially with the small screens these watches provide. Unlike the rest of the watches UI. the elements in the settings app are too small to properly manipulate quickly as one will subconsciously slow down to select each item.

A simple fix is to increase the space between each item, improving the overall feel of the application. A secondary goal is to increase the padding between the start and end of the settings item list.
