z-index of "Pick-Random" Button is not appropriate

How To Reproduce the Issue
If you open the "Notes" Modal of any question, "Pick Random" Button has a higher z-index than "Notes" division
Could you please assign me the issue ,I have fixed it and will make a PR once assigned
