"Pick Random" Button Suggests Same Question for a Particular Topic

How To Reproduce the Issue ?
Just select a topic and click on the "Pick Random" Button and Unless You do something to trigger the re Render it will keep suggesting the same question.
@AsishRaju I Have fixed the issue, i will make a PR if assigned
