ZARTH instructions and Help

At the moment there is no explanation about what one can/has to do once they start the app. Even a static image when you log in, with a link to the instructions for ZARTH, would be helpful. Also, the Help button only provides text regarding the Sky Map, there is no mention about the ZTF transients.

Thanks @igorandreoni Yes, we need to add a splash screen when users login, something they can say they do not need to see in future.

Zarth specific help button has been included in newer version. Please update it if you haven't.
