Pros and cons:
- Docker - Docker for Windows requires 64bit Windows 10 Pro with Hyper-V available. Nice parallel download of container.
- VirtualBox - download all at once. Entire Ubuntu.
- Colab - has GPU. Clunky. Saves on GDrive. Can collaborate.
- MyBinder. Subject to availability.
