Add support for multiple object in MagicaVoxel file

botchiball on itch.io made a comment that thumbnails didn't support the new MagicaVoxel 0.99 feature to have multiple voxel models in a world model with individual matrices.
The changes were accompanied with extensions to the .vox file format which ephtracy has now documented:

This is now fixed and will be in the v1.5 release.
