InvalidCastException when loading sandbox shell.

Describe the bug
When loading sandbox shell an exception is thrown by NowPlayingBarDataTemplate where the app is unable to typecast NowPlayingBar to DeviceViewModel.
Its similar to closed issue #104 in zune.
