Long term outage issue w/ Resolution

@ArekKubacki You can probably close this right away, this is more to have a record for anyone else troubleshooting similar issues.

DTU model: DTU-PRO-S
Firmware: V00.02.19

I've had an outage for about half a month on my monitoring with all points unavailable. I recently discovered an option in the phone app (I'm on iOS) where you can select the person icon in the top right and then there is a "Network Config" option. If you connect to the wifi network broadcast by your DTU, you can then select this option to manage some aspects of your DTU's network behavior even without the "Installer's" version of the app.

One of the things you can do is toggle your DTU's connection behavior to move between wifi and ethernet. It turns out my DTU had decided to move itself back to wifi despite being plugged in. Adjusting the network setting to Ethernet and restarting Home Assistant had my device show back up immediately after ~2 weeks of no data.

Hopefully this helps others with their troubleshooting.
