Autogenerate sub-entries

When using an AI prompt to generate worlds, prompt the AI to return a list of important events, factions/NPCs, and locations. Use those as seeds for recursive prompts to autogenerate full entries for them as well.
Likewise, when generating locations, prompt the AI to give brief descriptions to important NPCs in those locations, and generate them.
As an alternative to this, we can provide the AI with a syntax to embed prompts for sub-pages inside a page. When clicked for the first time, we use the AI To generate the page, and replace it with a link to that page.
