.Net4.0 DLL within Polly.Caching.MemoryCache pkg is not version-stamped

Build generates a Polly.Caching.MemoryCache.Net40Async.dll which is not version stamped; instead reads 0.0.0.0. (The Nuget package it is enclosed within, is correctly stamped.)

Fix: Include GitVersionTask from Nuget in the Polly.Caching.MemoryCache.Net40Async project
