Find a better way to write GRUB_BTRFS_VERSION in config

Right now this needs to be changed manually. This make it error-prone and when merging branches and make tags it's a mess.
Maybe we can do something with git hooks or so. I once saw a gnome project that did that, but forgot which one it was.
