Add networkmanager-openvpn to any install with network manager.

Too many ppl don't understand why their VPN don't work cause you seem to be able to add config via GUI but it won't connect, like in Plasma. The only way to find that out is to check journalctl for example in terminal.
Add the networkmanager-openvpn package to any install using networkmanager.
