Update Catalyst Support

Describe the bug
Catalyst support should be updated, even though it was discontinued a couple of years ago and the file was touched ~recently, it has problems.

1. The urls and the mirrors seem to be down
2. There is support for xorg 1.17 not only 1.16 as cnchi uses.
