Cnchi DOESNT STARTING

Guys, I will be short: how you can put untested version to production ?!

My Antergos installation updated cnchi, but din't ran it.
Tested on two devices, Gigabyte Brix and Dell Latitude 7350.

I ran it from terminal and got this:

Running from ISO version 18.7

Please, use the latest iso, not one that is months old.
