SMTP Log: Figure out if logging style / logs change respective to the MTA used

There are many MTAs out there, like postfix, Exim etc. To parse a meaningful output from the SMTP logs, that too in a general way, it is important to identify the similarities in the logs we parse. Thus, at a higher level, it is important to see if the logs produced by different MTA Softwares are different or not.
