When i get AngleSharpCss 1.0.0-alpha-99 package,it contains 0.17 version

When i get AngleSharpCss 1.0.0-alpha-99 package,it contains 0.17 version

What you have is the actual pre-release of AngleSharp.Css 1.0.0.
