Gorko or Tailwind for Utilites?

Following your talk and watching your website https://buildexcellentwebsit.es/ I am wondering whether I still should use gorko or better switch to tailwind?
I am wondering whether you will still improve / support gorko in the future when you are not even promoting it?
Which talk do you mean?
Do you know any good tutorial which describes how can I modify tailwind just for the utility classes?
Can those utility classes also be used as scss variables in my components?
