There is no choice of the Arabic language in Western numbers I am currently adding it manually through a program SetEdit
This is the Arabic language code in Western numbers (ar-EG-u-nu-latn)
There is also another problem that I hope you can solve
When converting to Arabic, everything becomes in Arabic except the lock screen calendar, the control center calendar, and the notification center calendar As the calendar of these places is in English and not in Arabic , as well as (AM) It should be like this in Arabic (ص) and (PM) It should be like this in Arabic (م)
