Hi there!

This module is very good! Is there any possibility to make it work with "Vision ROM" for Hisense smartphone?

You can try to use this module with Vision ROM, this module contains translations for AOSP settings so it should (partially) work.
The overlay for MIUI do not affect with non-existent apps.
