onDismiss in version 3+

Hello --
My team is recently trying to update to the latest version of PartialSheet, however we're realizing that the onDismiss option is no longer available. Am I mistaken or did this feature go away?
I created a PR to add onDismiss back as a public parameter here.
Merged the PR
