in a MATLAB table this function removes some outliers from a column of data, given a two-number vector for percentiles (e.g. [1 95]]). function operates also on categorical groups specified by 'CategoryName'

rotate_brain_coordinates

For electrophysiologists that use a brain trajectory: the function outputs distances in x,y for the two axis of a manipulator that sits at an angle from the orthogonal plane bregma-lambda , based on AP and ML values.
