Add dislikes to YouTube shorts with comments box open

Currently, you can see dislikes on YouTube Shorts but they disappear when we open the comments. The dislikes will not return even after we close the comment box. Thank you for all the hard work that you guys have done.
Ways to implement this!
I'm not sure if it is possible to implement this.
