What happened?
Dislikes don't seem to show on shorts when viewed from browser.
How to reproduce/recreate?
Simply just go to any YT Short on MS Edge.

Works for me when I use the latest userscript version. A recent YT layout update broke a lot of stuff and the extension is quite outdated (2 months ago) so you either have to wait until it's updated, or install the userscript version instead.
I also recommend using Enhancer for YT (broken for FF and temporarily removed from store due to the changes I mentioned above) or Redirector with a rule that redirects all shorts to /watch/ URLs since the short interface sucks ass.
The button changed its name, I made a correction here.

The Chrome version was updated on Dec 4 but it still has that problem. Dislike count does not appear on shorts.
Fixed in v3.0.0.14
