Version parsing bug

I'm getting this in the action output:

Bump typing-extensions from 3.7.4.3 to 3.10.0.0
From version 3.7.4.3 null
To version 3.10.0.0 null
Diff version is 

It looks like it's not parsing the 4-numbered versions.
The PR is fedora-infra/noggin-messages#109.
