Nicify the Windows `ls` output

Windows stores permissions data via ACLs, so it's not exactly easy to get permission information through regular file checks. The current output of the agent when listing on files on Windows kinda sucks.

Having output that is similar to what modern C2's display that has a little bit more information would be pog, but maybe we don't want that idk
