Clearing Plugin Folder

Bug Report
When updating to version Amulet-v0.10.27-Windows-x64 I discovered my plugin folder located in (Appdata -> local -> AmuletTeam -> AmuletMapEditor) was empty. I really liked like the addition of this new folder hoping it would save time when updating, just to find it caused me to loss several custom plugs in a few months of work.
Current Behaviour:
Clears all the contents of folder.
Expected behavior:
Not touch the folder if it is already there or preserve the items/plugins in it.
Steps To Reproduce:
Downloaded the .zip from Github.
Extracted the contents.
Opened the new .exe.
Opened Operations and realized it was empty.
Environment:
- OS: Windows 10
- Minecraft Platform: Bedrock
- Minecraft Version: 1.20 something
- Amulet Version: updating from 0.10.25 to 0.10.25

Amulet shouldn't delete that directory.
Have you checked that your plugins are not in the old plugin directory next to the exe?
