Melee swing impacts long after animation ends when in range of a target/surface

Describe the bug

When using a melee weapon (only tested with snipers machete), a successful impact can register long after the attack animation ends.

To Reproduce

  1. Swing and miss a melee weapon (I used the snipers machete).
  2. Wait a given period of time (Optional - but you can wait as long as you like the bug still occurs).
  3. Aim at a target/surface and get within range
  4. Weapon hits target

Expected behavior

When swinging a melee weapon, the impact should only register during the swing.

Found that thing working on all melees. For spy situation is a bit different. He can't attack when he is far away from wall/enemy.

Also got it on record. (Speeded up video a bit)
