Payload HUD gets screwed if player joins after points are capped

Describe the bug
If you join the game after some points are capped, they will not show on the payload HUD
To Reproduce
- Let someone cap multiple points on a payload map
- Join the game latere
- Notice points missing from HUD
Expected behavior
Should display previously capped points
