Adding to timer doesnt play voiceline / show time added on hud

What can't you do?
Currently when time gets added to timer entities nothing is done but increase the time. You should be able to know when time is added without keeping your eye on the timer constantly.
How would you like it to work?
In TF2 when a timer gets time added it plays the Time has been added voiceline and displays the added time below the current time similar to when health is added.
