Image Responsiveness on Mobile

Need to continue to resize image of the moon till it works on mobile. Also I was not running gulp when making the changes to the scss file.
If this does not work i will contact Github, Bootsrap Slack and A pre regestered slack group.
- Fix problem where images are blurred
- Try to ascertain why it does not show on mobile devices
