Phone number format sticks to setEmptyDefault() format even after changing country

The phone number format doesn't change according to the new country selected if the setEmptyDefault(String iso) is used. The format sticks to the same as the iso passed earlier. Please correct this issue.

This was fixed in #24 and merged in in late 2017 but there hasn't been a release since March 2017. @AlmogBaku can we please get a release?
