Need vertical space between bulleted list item and code listing

When a verbatim code listing appears under a list item, there is no vertical space between the list item and the code listing. Example on page 146.

I think this has been resolved by updating the stylesheet from animal_theme to animal_theme_sass. The animal_theme stylesheet is no longer current.
