[Documentation Suggestion] Mistake in "Hardware Specifications"

There is a small mistake in the file EuroPi/hardware/EuroPi/README.md
It states that the maximum usable frequency for the output stage is 33Hz, while the component values in the BOM and schematics suggest a higher cutoff frequency (around 1590Hz). I believe it is related to issue #13
