Add design files for AYAB-EMS interface

I am preparing to upload the hardware design files from the EMS AYAB interface (http://emsl.us/835).
Since the existing files are organized by function without a top-level versioning, I would suggest that we move all of the existing files from this repository into a Shieldv1x/repository (using a proper git move, of course), so that the new files can be added into Shieldv2x/ repository.
If there are no objections, I will go ahead and perform this and begin uploading the new files.
