No longer downloading from YouTube

My operating system is: Windows 10 (Build 19041.208)
My AllToMP3 version is: 0.3.12
URLS:

• https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EY6jrBKMRM (This Is Our Year - Kim Possible)
• https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9bZkp7q19f0 (Gan Gnam Style)

AllToMP3 is no longer able to download items from YouTube.
When trying to download the 'This Is Our Year' song, the download stops halfway. Gan Gnam Style is stuck at the beginning.

These have now been running for a while and there has been no change.

Tough I am not able to download the "This Is Our Year" song, I was able to download "Gan Gnam Style" after doing a partial fix which can be found here: "#160".
