Bug when saving twitter images from twitter link's embed

What happens when the bug or crash occurs?
Saving the image just saves the image without an extension.. adding .jpg manually fixes it, but regardless the client should be able to save the image with the correct extension on it's own.
This is on a fresh batch of Aliucord, no plugins, no nothing. The core build should at least be able to save images correctly.

How do you recreate this bug or crash?
Send a twitter link with an image.
Open the image from the embed.
Save the image with the save/download button.
Notice how there is no image saved, rather a file in your file manager.
You can now try to rename it and add an image extension yourself to fix it.

The current version of Discord doesn't save the image from a Twitter embed with the correct extension format as well. So it's not a bug, more like how it actually happens. Hindrance though.
I see. I was using an official 199.15 build and it was fine.. somehow it was good in the past and they somehow messed this up.
Is it possible to implement this in the core patch of Aliucord?
It just needs to save the image with an image extension on it's own..
