HA Core 2024.4.0 - WebRTC-Camera lovelace card can't play video from externally (works normally within same wifi)

I have some WebRTC-Camera lovelace cards that play my camera streams (from go2rtc).
Previously, everything was still working normally in HA Core 2024.3.0. I could view all the cameras even when I am outside of the wifi network.
However, I just updated to HA Core 2024.4.0 last week, and now the cards do not show any video (just spinning / loading forever) when I try to view them from outside of my wifi. If I'm within the same wifi, the videos show up instantly.
Did anything change with HA 2024.4.0?
Sorry, false alarm. Seems like it is affected by the internet speed, not external vs internal.
