Automatically starting new baseband recording files

I like to leave my SDR running 24/7, always recording a particular band for later analysis.
It would be handy if SDR++ could write baseband recording files of a specified length (user definable, 2 GB for example) and then that length was reached, the file would be closed and another recording started.
