Map CRSR keys for Wordstar

Wordstar expects CTRL character keycodes for cursor movement. While these are accessible through CTRL-[A-Z] keys, mapping cursor UP/DN and L/R like they are done on a commodore 64 would be a nice enhancement.
ToDo: Screenshot wordstar ctrl shortcuts, get values for shift+cursor keys
