Unable to download win32net and make the python code working on windows

Hi,
I tried to install the dependancies, but I could not download win32net with pip, or in any other source in the web. Can you help?
Try installing python for windows extensions, win32net should be inside: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/
