[Proposal] Integrating Uptimes and Downtimes of the blockchain into Atlassian Statuspage

Please consider integrating uptimes and downtimes into Atlassian's Statuspage or Equivalent so community users get informed on what time frames the blockchain remained down or it was operational.
This can also help reduce the hassle of the team having to update the state on Discord back and forth.
Users can simply head to the corresponding status page.
Here's a reference from Coinbase's status page.

For Example, Dedicated components for SnarkOS, SnarkVM and Blockchain Explorer can be activated
