Tweet Attestations need to include contributor address

Currently the attestation does not contain the Aleo address of the contributor. Adding this information allows a third party to verify that that address did, in fact, contribute. The ability to do this would increase the confidence in our ceremony overall, and aligns with best practices followed by other teams that have executed setup ceremonies.
