auro-input: need a `part` attribute in the new layout to support datepicker

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Datepicker needs a means to style the borders in input. Since this is in the Shadow DOM it is not accessible by default.
Describe the solution you'd like
add a part to the wrapper element that has the borders for auro-input.
