Incomplete quest dialogue incorrectly displays completed dialogue (Knight intro)

Describe the bug
Before you bring Lance to the objective spot, you can talk to Rovey while the Fallen Squire quest is still incomplete. When you talk to him, quest completed dialogue shows up with rewards listed. When you "complete" the quest, there is no experience or money rewarded. It appears to be purely cosmetic.
To Reproduce
- Don't put Lance on the objective spot.
- Talk to Rovey.
Expected behavior
Expected a dialogue line (unsure what the exact string is in MS2) that appears for an incomplete quest rather than the completed quest string.

This is a quest bug.
This bug happens in most of the Knight tutorials as well.
The workaround that exists is type /find quest [name] -> type /completequest [code].
