Can somebody please simplify the steps to download MegaJoy and how to use it?

I am not getting anywhere with my project because the instructions which were given were for UnoJoy. I am very new to programming with hardware and software together. Please help me.

And can I use multiple potentiometers and rotary encoders in my project?
