[BUG] Geometry upload

Describe the bug
State issue with the geometries

To Reproduce
1- upload 2 geometries
2- display a geometry, click on "set transparency"
3- select the other geometry.
=> set transparency is still active but the 2nd geometry is not transparent.

Expected behavior
We need to discuss this.
Should we display both geometries ?
What happens when a simulation needs both of them ? Shouldn't they be positioned in space at specific coordinates (in case of contact between 2 parts for example) ?
