Update readme to include, amongst other things:
- installation instructions
- list of actual working adapters
This task needs to be completed as part of milestone Version 0.1 see #2
Other documentation ie man pages etc.
I have worked with ronn at visionmedia / git-extras see ow-to-generate-documentation which is convenient because we maintain only markdown documentation and ronn generates man as well as html versions.
README updated with all instructions, examples, roadmap, licensing the works...
