Get BCG if M bovis BCG

Still not working correctly. Mykrobe predicts this. If species == M. bovis, also check lineage column in Mykrobe output

NOTE: From 0.9d it works if MASH predicts M bovis BCG, but not if only Mykrobe predicts M bovis BCG.
