adguardvpn-cli update should ask for update confirmation.
Like this:
Do you want to update AdGuard VPN to {}? (y/n)
It should also should be able to disconnect VPN CLI if user chooses "yes"
Do you want to update AdGuard VPN to {}? Current connection will be disconnected (y/n)
