DNS adguard blocks certain apps on mobile data, working on Wi-Fi.

Your configuration
I've been using dns.adguard.com as Private DNS in Network settings on my android phones. For the past few days when I'm using mobile data, certain apps won't load any new data. It just shows can't load new posts, check your internet connection kinda messages. When I switch over to Wi-Fi or either change Private DNS to automatic everything works just fine. Help please!.

Issue Details
1: Set Private DNS to dns.adguard.com
2: Switch to Mobile Data
3: try using Chrome, Twitter etc..
4: If any new data is not loading, switch to Wi-Fi/disable PRivate DNS setting and try again.
Expected Behavior
DNS to work on both Mobile data as well as Wi-Fi and apps load just fine.
Actual Behavior
DNS is not working over mobile data and only works with Wi-Fi.

Please let me know if any additional changes are required from my side. I haven't used any changes earlier so I won't expect anything else is missing from my side. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Update : Fixed the issue by following method:
Turn this setting on in developer options and no more drops happen. And you don't have to use your Mac address of your phone. "Wi-Fi non-persistent MAC randomization" This fixes the issue.
